Robert E. Schiappacasse has joined Archer & Greiner P.C. as a Partner in the law firm’s Monmouth County, N.J., office in Shrewsbury.
Mr. Schiappacasse has experience in a broad range of commercial legal matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure and governance, and commercial real estate. He represents middle market companies and individuals in a variety of matters, including the acquisition of new businesses, the sale of businesses, state and federal regulatory filings, asset-based and mortgage-secured borrowing, and the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. His clients come from a broad range of business sectors including construction, real estate development, solid waste and recycling, plant process demolition and sale, insurance and retail businesses.
In addition to his experience within the corporate departments of large national and New Jersey law firms, Mr. Schiappacasse also served as in-house counsel for a mergers and acquisitions investment banking firm. In that role, he was responsible for a variety of transactions and regulatory matters in conjunction with complex roll-up acquisitions by public companies. He lives in Cream Ridge, N.J., with his wife and three children.
