National management-side labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP welcomes Amy Beth Dambeck to its Princeton office. She was formerly a shareholder in the Princeton office of Stark & Stark, P.C.

Dambeck brings a wealth of counseling and transactional expertise to the firm. She has more than 12 years of experience in providing clients with employment law guidance in areas such as wage and hour; discrimination prevention and defense; wrongful discharge; restrictive covenants; and noncompete agreements. She also routinely advises clients on the drafting of employee handbooks, hiring and termination issues, EEO compliance and harassment.

While she represents clients in a wide array of industries, she has particular expertise in the areas of healthcare, and securities brokerages and financial services.

“I am thrilled with the addition of Amy Beth, says John MacDonald, partner and head of Constangy’s Princeton office. “She has developed a well-earned reputation with business clients in the metro-Philadelphia and New Jersey community for competence, responsiveness and in-depth knowledge of applicable federal and state statutes. Amy Beth’s healthcare and financial industry expertise coincides perfectly with the strengths of our office. I joined Constangy for its reputation as a strong national employment law firm with not only an incredible depth of expertise, but also great energy and down-to-earth attorneys. From working with Amy Beth for several years, I know she will be a great fit for Constangy and our clients while helping to grow the Princeton office.”

Dambeck has been recognized for her work by several outside organizations, including being listed as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star, and in the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2012 list of “New Leaders of the Bar.”

A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Dambeck received her B.A from the University of Richmond. She is admitted in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
