Tuesday 30th April, International law firm, Osborne Clarke today announces the appointment of Keith Bordell as a Partner and head of its London Restructuring and Insolvency team. He joins the firm from Speechly Bircham, prior to which, for 10 years, he headed the Corporate Recovery group at Travers Smith. Keith’s appointment will bring OC’s total UK Partners to 100 spread across its international headquarters in London and its offices in Reading and Bristol.
Keith has over 20 years’ experience in the restructuring field and his arrival further strengthens and enhances Osborne Clarke’s City offering. Keith focuses on turnaround and restructuring projects as well as undertaking general corporate recovery and insolvency work.
Keith will be working alongside Osborne Clarke’s Restructuring and Insolvency Head, Nigel Boobier, as well as the recently enlarged Finance and Corporate teams in London. Natasha Sheridan also joins Keith’s team from Dundas & Wilson, where she was a Senior Associate.
