Highly experienced corporate finance lawyer Ben Turner joins the national law firm from Hill Hofstetter (formerly part of Reed Smith).
Turner advises corporates, entrepreneurs and management teams on a range of domestic and cross-border transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, joint venture arrangements and general corporate matters.
He joins Shoosmiths corporate team as it enjoys a run of deals success, which has seen it appear in the top three of the authoritative UK Experian Corpfin Advisor League Tables for number of deals done.
Based in Birmingham, Turner has excellent sector expertise in financial services, technology, digital media, manufacturing and engineering.
