Simpson Thacher recently represented Matterhorn Financing & Cy S.C.A. in connection with its private offering of €250 million aggregate principal amount of Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2019. The issuer is a parent company of Orange Communications SA, one of the leading mobile telecommunications providers in Switzerland.
