Palm brings extensive expertise in a range of corporate finance, M&A and private equity transactions, acting for Canadian and international clients across the energy, technology, mining, infrastructure and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining Gowlings, he was a partner at a national law firm, where he served as leader of the private equity group.
