Greenberg Traurig Maher Advising InterContinental Hotels Group PLC on £301.5m Sale

International law firm Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP advised InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG) on the sale of InterContinental London Park Lane to Constellation Hotel (Opco) UK S.A., a private investment vehicle owned by Constellation Hotels Holding Limited.

IHG has agreed to sell its interest in the InterContinental Park Lane Hotel for £301.5m. The property will continue to fly the InterContinental flag, with an IHG management contract in place for up to 60 years.
