Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP aviation corporate attorneys Don Mitchell and Gavin Meyers advised Intrepid Aviation in the closing of a capital raise in excess of $400 million from new and existing investors.
The transaction, announced last month, brings Intrepid’s equity capital commitments to $650 million, allowing them to implement plans to grow their widebody fleet and support their clients in their long-term aircraft financing needs.
