The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Samuel P. Queirolo has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Queirolo was head of Bryant Miller Olive’s Real Property Practice Group in Tampa. In his practice, Queirolo has worked with investors, developers, lenders and governmental entities in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposition of office and industrial projects, residential developments, apartment complexes, retail facilities, mixed-use projects, senior living facilities and university facilities. He is an authorized agent for multiple title insurance companies. He has also worked with clients to assemble teams of consulting professionals to provide strategic legal, title and valuation analysis in the context of multi-parcel assemblages and acquisitions. In addition to his traditional real estate practice, Queirolo has devoted substantial attention to representing clients in alternative energy development matters.
He received his law degree, with high honors, and undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
