Shearman & Sterling advised Nokia Siemens Networks Finance B.V. on its offering of €450 million 6¾% Senior Notes due 2018 and €350 million 7⅛ Senior Notes due 2020. The offering, which was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act, closed on March 27, 2013.
The proceeds from the offering of the senior notes will be used to prepay certain existing indebtedness, pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
