Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company, a closed-end investment company, in an underwritten, overnight, public offering of 4,543,995 shares of common stock in the amount of $146 million which closed on March 12, 2013.
