Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that three attorneys have joined our Columbus office. Jeffrey S. Braun and Scot C. Crow have joined the firm as Members and Jeffrey E. Fromson has joined the firm as a Legal Consultant.
Jeffrey S. Braun focuses his practice on real estate law. He has been involved in commercial real estate transactions representing developers, investors and business owners in a wide array of commercial real estate asset classes involving sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships, syndications, financings, receiverships and workouts, property management, tax deferred exchanges, and leasing and development matters. His experience also includes business formations, acquisitions, sales and reorganizations, and general business representation. Mr. Braun is a member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations. He has been selected as an “Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers in 2013. Mr. Braun received his B.A. from Albion College and his J.D. from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.
Scot C. Crow focuses his practice on tax, corporate and business law. He represents both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, hedge fund formation, private equity fund formation and structuring and general corporate matters. His practice also focuses on private wealth management and estate planning. He represents a variety of privately held companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, split-offs, joint ventures and other tax sensitive matters along with their general business needs. Mr. Crow is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America and was selected as an “Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers in 2012. Mr. Crow received his B.S. from Franciscan University and his J.D. and LLM in Taxation from Capital University Law School.
Jeffrey E. Fromson focuses his practice on corporate and business law including the areas of securities law, mergers, acquisitions, private and public funding. His practice has included representing a wide variety of private and public corporations, hedge funds and private equity funds. Mr. Fromson is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is listed in Best Lawyers of America and has been often listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer. He has served as a partner in private law firms and as General Counsel of a public company. Mr. Fromson received his B.A. from Miami University and his J.D. from The Ohio State College of Law.
