Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Ludovic Roche and Claire Lintingre have joined Fasken Martineau’s Paris office, strengthening its Labour, Employment & Human Rights group.
Ludovic joins Fasken Martineau as a partner. With close to 20 years of experience, Ludovic’s expertise will benefit our clients in a wide variety of French labour and employment matters. Ludovic regularly advises French and international companies on the setting-up and implementation of their employment policies and assists them in their daily management of their individual and collective employment relations. Ludovic has extensive experience in advising on labour aspects of restructurings (such as addressing staff transfers or developing social plans), notably in the scope of M&A transactions.
Claire, who has 12 years’ experience, joins the firm as an associate and will split her time between the London and Paris offices. Claire advises, under French law, on contractual relationships in the workforce, employment compliance issues (including performing related audits), health and safety at work, mobility and remuneration issues, as well as on the status of managers. Claire’s presence in London will offer to Fasken Martineau’s Labour & Employment Group a significant competitive advantage for all UK-based clients having activities in France.
Ludovic and Claire are also handling before courts all litigation issues for the clients.
