Chris Caulfield, a specialist in complex civil litigation and one of the UK’s leading export control lawyers, joined Baker Botts L.L.P. today as a partner in the firm’s London office.

Throughout his career, Mr. Caulfield has handled numerous complex civil disputes in both the English courts and international arbitration.
