Shearman & Sterling Advises on $11.5 Billion Cross-border Financing for Toyota

Shearman & Sterling represented BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. as joint lead arrangers and joint book managers in connection with a $11.5 billion financing for Toyota Motor Credit Corporation and some of its affiliates, consisting of a $3.83 billion 364-day credit facility, a $3.83 billion five-year credit facility and a $3.83 billion three-year credit facility.
