Today Bird & Bird in The Hague welcomes partner Brian Mulier who is rejoining the International Tax and International Trade & Customs Practice Groups. He also brings with him customs and trade associate Goran Danilović.
Brian has over 20 years’ experience covering the full range of customs and trade related matters as well as the application of EU export controls, including dual-use and military products and technologies, as well as economic sanctions.
He’s advised multi-national clients, particularly in relation to EU customs compliance and customs efficient supply chain (re-)structuring. This has included sourcing strategies and optimising the use of free trade agreements. Brian was most recently at Baker & McKenzie for two years.
