Global law firm White & Case LLP has today announced the addition of five new partners in Paris. Gilles Endréo, Philippe Herbelin, Cenzi Gargaro, Séverin Robillard and Thomas Le Vert will join the Firm’s Global Capital Market Practice.

Joining from Linklaters, where Philippe Herbelin, Cenzi Gargaro and Séverin Robillard were partners, Gilles Endréo a consultant and Thomas Le Vert an associate, the new partners enhance White & Case’s overall capabilities in Paris, and efforts with clients including international investment banks, collateral managers, funds, corporates and investors on matters concerning international finance, debt and equity issuance, derivatives and structured finance across Europe.

In the last year, White & Case’s Capital Markets Practice has advised on a number market-leading transactions in Europe including Intesa Sanpaolo’s recent US$3.5 billion bond issuance; Unipol Gruppo Finanziario’s €1.1 billion rights issue; the €630 million recapitalization of Klöckner Pentaplast; Outokumpu Oyj’s €2.7 billion acquisition of Inoxum, and the €206 billion restructuring of Greek debt, the largest sovereign debt restructuring in history.
