With him as a colleague, we can better strive together to bring the firm’s ERISA litigation practice, already excellent, to the pinnacle of the profession. Our Group’s national bench of almost 50 professionals is deeply experienced in all facets of employee benefits law and litigation.”

Jackson Lewis has built a rapidly-growing team that defends ERISA fiduciary litigation, ESOP valuation class actions, DOL fiduciary enforcement proceedings and suits, and other complex fiduciary and benefit matters. Charles will bring his extraordinary experience and depth of practice to Jackson Lewis’ strong ERISA practice group. “
