SNR Denton is pleased to announce that Samantha Hutchinson has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Banking and Finance practice. Samantha joins from Hogan Lovells where she spent 12 years, most recently leading its fund finance team.
An expert on fund lending transactions, Samantha has been advising lenders since the inception of the fund-lending market. Over the last decade, she has worked together with them to help structure and develop a range of bespoke fund-lending products. Her practice covers the full range of fund-lending transactions across all fund-lending sectors.
