As a partner in the Toronto office, Green brings significant expertise in a wide range of business law matters. She has extensive experience in advising Japanese, U.S. and European corporations on doing business in Canada and on international transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and product distribution.

She has also written and lectured on a range of business law topics, including legal drafting, advertising and marketing, competition, consumer product issues, and protecting trade secrets in joint ventures.
