New Arrival in Ottawa: Leading International Trade Lawyer Joins Fasken Martineau

Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Cliff Sosnow has joined the firm as a partner in Fasken Martineau’s Ottawa office.

Cliff practices corporate and international trade law. He has provided advice and counsel to business, industry organizations and governments on trade issues with a focus on free trade agreements, investment opportunities, World Trade Organization (WTO) law, antidumping countervailing duties, procurement and export controls.

He has appeared before the WTO and NAFTA panels, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining Fasken Martineau he worked with another major law firm in addition to working with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, and serving as in-house counsel to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal
