Daryn Rush has rejoined White and Williams LLP as a partner in the firm’s Reinsurance Practice Group. He will reside in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Rush has nearly 20 years of reinsurance experience and has successfully arbitrated and litigated dozens of reinsurance disputes as lead counsel. He has an extensive understanding of complex insurance and reinsurance matters having represented domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers in arbitration, mediation and litigation involving all lines of business. Additionally, he has represented insurers and reinsurers in connection with domestic and foreign insolvencies and Schemes of Arrangement, including the Reliance, Legion, Home and Highlands receiverships. He also counsels company clients in connection with transactional matters and contract drafting.
