Winston & Strawn LLP today announced Costanza Russo has joined the London office as partner in the corporate department, with a focus on infrastructure finance. Ms. Russo joins from DLA Piper in London.

Ms. Russo’s geographical focus is Eastern Europe where she has worked for more than 10 years assisting international financial institutions, governments, corporations and sponsors in the financing and refinancing of major projects. Her principal areas of practice are cross-border project and infrastructure finance, with a focus on transport infrastructure and renewable, general financing, corporate lending and real estate financing.
