Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Chicago-based private equity firm Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C. (“Pfingsten”) in the acquisitions of Dynapower Company LLC and Lighting Products, Inc. and represented Pfingsten’s portfolio company, Arrowhead Electrical Products, L.L.C. in the acquisition of Atlantic International Distributors, Inc. d/b/a Atlantic Quality Parts (“Atlantic”).
Terms of the transactions were not announced.
Dynapower Company LLC is a Burlington, VT-based designer and manufacturer of custom, high power AC and DC power supplies, energy management systems and power transformers for the mining, metal finishing, electrochemical, military and energy management end markets.
Industrial Lighting Products, Inc. is a Sanford, FL-based specialty designer and manufacturer of energy efficient commercial lighting fixtures.
Atlantic is a Jacksonville, FL-based independent distributor of aftermarket tractor parts, including a full range of rotating electrical, hydraulic, cooling, steering, filtration, hitch, and clutch components, serving agricultural dealers and distributors.
