Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Chicago-based private equity firm Madison Capital Partners in the sale of CoAdvantage Corporation, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that offers small and mid-sized businesses a comprehensive package of outsourced human resources solutions, to Compass Investment Partners Fund, L.P. for an undisclosed price.
