NautaDutilh assisted World Fuel Services Corporation in its acquisition of selected assets of Multi Service Corporation for a purchase price of approximately $137 million. Multi Service is a global transaction management company specializing in fleet, government and commercial payment programs (a.o. Multi Service Fuel Card) primarily through closed-loop networks.
The NautaDutilh team involved consisted of Ruud Smits, Valerie Verberne, Albert van der Kolk, Maarten Buma, Jorieke van Strijen, Jacqueline van Essen, Patrick van der Veld, Willianne van Zandwijk, Deirdre Scheenjes, Thierry Valenbreder, Larissa Silverentand and Jasha Sprecher.
