Conrad’s practice focuses on corporate commercial law specializing in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and life sciences/clean tech transactions. He acts for clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, biotechnology, real estate, pharmaceuticals and energy.
Conrad is experienced assisting clients on public and private debt and equity offerings, private placements, asset and share acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, project financing and corporate reorganizations. He also advises companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters.
