The Portland office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Tae Rhee as a partner in the corporate practice. Most recently, Rhee served as executive vice president and general counsel with 20/20 Communications, Inc., in Dallas, Texas.
With a background that includes experience in private legal practice and as chief in-house counsel for both public and private high-growth companies in technology, manufacturing, and direct sales, Rhee focuses his practice on matters involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital related transactions, and international joint ventures. He has advised companies and investors from start-up to liquidity, including public offerings and company sales.
