Sullivan & Worcester LLP is pleased to announce the launch of a London office with the recruitment of high-profile trade finance partner Geoffrey Wynne. Mr. Wynne, currently head of trade and export finance at SNR Denton, is one of the world’s leading trade finance lawyers.
Sullivan & Worcester, respected across the U.S. and internationally for its work in corporate finance, banking, trade finance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax, among other areas of expertise, intends to build up a London practice linked closely to that of its U.S. offices. The office will also benefit from the firm’s formal alliance in Israel and significant client activity across Europe and Asia.

Mr. Wynne advises leading banks and trade financiers on trade and commodity transactions occurring throughout the world. He is recognized as a leading individual in the UK Legal 500, 2012 and Chambers UK, 2013 for his work in this area.
