Martin Lepelstat Makes Move to Greenberg Traurig

The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP announced that Martin L. Lepelstat has joined its New Jersey office as a shareholder in the TaxTrusts & Estates Practice. This move is part of the New Jersey office’s effort to grow its transactional practices.

Lepelstat’s practice is concentrated in the areas of tax, trust and estate planning for businesses and high net-worth individuals. Lepelstat represents partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, individuals and special types of entities in connection with the planning, structuring and defense of tax transactions.

Lepelstat holds a J.D. from Cornell University, an LL.M. in Tax from New York University, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a B.B.A. from City College of New York. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Florida bars. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Lepelstat was a partner with Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis.
