She advises and works with management teams and boards of directors on developing and implementing compliance plans, structuring business entities and relationships, negotiating major contractual arrangements, handling mergers and acquisitions, and public policy.

“We are always pleased to welcome back to the firm one of our talented alumni such as Linda. We have found that our culture, our client base, and our way of doing business attracts not only new employees, but former employees, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire EBG team. We look forward to having Linda as part of our growing national health care practice and look to utilize her skills as we work with a wide range of clients in the current health reform environment,” said Wendy Goldstein, Chair of the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Steering Committee.

Tiano said, “Returning to EBG was an easy decision for me. The firm provided me with the platform and opportunity I needed to be successful in my pursuits on the job, and the support system in place provided a solid foundation that enabled me to effectively service clients. I look forward to reconnecting with my former colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the heath care practice.”
