New Year, New Office! WTHF Opens its Doors in Chicago

In addition to the new office, four new attorneys have joined WTHF as the first residents in WTHF-Chicago.

John E. Sebastian serves as the partner in charge of the office. He focuses his practice in the areas of surety bonding, construction and commercial litigation. His background includes an undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Construction Engineering followed by years of in-house and private practice experience.

PartnerĀ Frank J. Marsico concentrates his practice in construction and surety law and brings over 18 years of experience to WTHF. He obtained his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A from Marquette University.

AssociatesĀ Albert L. Chollet III andĀ Eric B. Kjellander also focus their practices in construction and surety law. Albert obtained his J.D. with numerous honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and received his B.A. in Political Science from Carson-Newman College where he also received the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award. Eric received his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, also with numerous honors, and his B.A. in History and Political Science from The Ohio State University.

The new Chicago office is strategically located to serve clients in Chicagoland and throughout the midwestern United States. It joins WTHF’s headquarters in McLean, Virginia and offices in Irvine, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Seattle, and Miami.
