New Partner Enhances Banking Practice at Bryan Cave

The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP (www.bryancave.com) has announced that Paul Donohue joined the firm as a partner in its Charlotte office.

Donohue joins the Banking Client Service Group. He concentrates his practice on advising financial institutions in connection with various financing transactions, including syndicated lending, structured finance, securitizations and restructurings. Donohue also regularly represents CMBS servicers with respect to structuring, administration, risk mitigation and restructuring matters. Prior to joining Bryan Cave, he led the corporate and finance practice groups at another major law firm.

Donohue received his J.D., with honors, from St. John’s University in 1990 and a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross in 1987. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina. His banking practice has been recognized by Chambers, Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
