International law firm Ince & Co is delighted to announce the appointment of new corporate insurance partner, Richard Britain, who joins the firm as head of corporate insurance.
Richard has over 20 years of experience as a corporate transactional lawyer in the insurance and financial services sectors. He advises clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and joint ventures. His experience ranges from smaller acquisitions and disposals to group reorganisations. He has an active interest in Latin America, particularly Brazil.

Richard will head Ince & Co’s corporate insurance team, which includes David Grantham, Stephen Jarvis and Alex Keville, with Charlotte Davies’ team providing advice on employment matters. Richard is the fifth new insurance partner for Ince & Co in the last 18 months, demonstrating the firm’s continued expansion in, and commitment to, the area.
