Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce that Natalie Perry has joined the DuPage, Ill. Office as a partner in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates group. She concentrates her practice in estate, gift and income tax planning for high net worth families and owners of closely held businesses.
Her experience also includes asset protection planning and advising clients and their families on the creation and administration of private foundations and charitable trusts. Prior to joining Ice Miller, Perry practiced law at Shefsky & Froelich and was a Wealth Advisor in JPMorgan’s Business Owner group. At JPMorgan, Perry advised middle market business owners on exit planning and succession planning.
Perry is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. She was a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen in the Owner Operated Businesses Group prior to attending law school.
