International law firm Pinsent Masons is further strengthening its Corporate team in London with the appointment of corporate finance specialist, Jonathan Beastall.
Jonathan joins from Clifford Chance, where he was a partner for 19 years and developed expertise in both equity capital markets (leading the firm’s UK IPO Group and advising both corporate and investment banking clients on IPOs and other equity capital raising transactions) and in the broader corporate finance field advising on complex transaction structuring, group restructuring, M&A and board level advisory work. Jonathan also led the firm’s successful Materials Sector team and was part of the Industrials Sector management team.
