International law firm DAC Beachcroft Scotland is pleased to announce the appointment of John McGovern as a Partner in its Glasgow office.
John, past president of the Glasgow Bar Association and an expert in criminal law, procedure and advocacy, is to establish a new Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) team. He joins the firm after 15 years running his own practice in the city.
A solicitor advocate, John has a distinguished track record in criminal litigation and has also consulted extensively with politicians and non-governmental bodies on law reform.
He began in his new role at DAC Beachcroft Scotland on 12 November.
