Davis Polk – Sasol $1 Billion SEC-Registered Debt Offering

Davis Polk advised Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Bank plc and J.P. Morgan Securities plc in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.5% notes due 2022 by Sasol Financing International Plc, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Sasol Limited (Sasol).
