Shearman & Sterling Advises on Nexstar’s $250 Million Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, UBS Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC, as joint book-running managers and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as co-managers, in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior notes due 2020 by Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc.

Nexstar owns, operates, programs or provides sales and other services to 55 television stations and 11 digital multicast channels in 32 markets throughout the United States.
