Ami G. Scott has joined Schiff Hardin LLP’s Chicago office as a partner in the Finance Group from Mayer Brown in Chicago.
Ms. Scott has extensive experience representing financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital financings, subscription facilities and private lending transactions. She has structured and negotiated both domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Ms. Scott graduated from the University of Michigan Law School (J.D., 1997) and The Ohio State University (M.B.A.; B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, 1994).
