Attorney N. Courtney Hollins Joins Dickinson Wright PLLC in Nashville

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that N. Courtney Hollins has joined the firm as Member in our Nashville office.

Ms. Hollins represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate acquisitions, disposition, construction, development, leasing and finance transactions, workouts and restructurings. In addition, she serves as corporate counsel to a variety of entities, organizing and assisting in the management of corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships. Ms. Hollins also offers a wide array of experience to small business and entrepreneurs regarding business succession planning and structure, as well as providing individuals and couples guidance in estate planning, trusts and probate activities.

Ms. Hollins is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, as well as the Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women, the Nashville Lawyers Association for Women, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Nashville Chapter of Women in Commercial Real Estate. She serves on the Board of Directors for The West End Home Foundation. Ms. Hollins is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate and was appointed by President William J. Clinton to serve on the National Advisory Council of the United States Small Business Administration from 1997-2001.

Ms. Hollins received her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. from the George C. Taylor School of Law.
