Mario A. Iglesias Joins GrayRobinson’s Fort Lauderdale Office as a Shareholder

October 12, 2012 – Mario A. Iglesias recently joined the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A. as a shareholder. Iglesias brings nearly 30 years of legal experience representing national and international banks, commercial developers and individuals in matters involving banking and lending, real estate development and title services.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, some of Iglesias’ most noteworthy accomplishments include his representation of developers for several luxury condominium projects in the South Florida area, a construction lender in connection with the Sawgrass Mills Mall and a transnational insurance claim dispute over creditors’ rights laws in relation to Florida title laws.

He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and the American Bar Association. Iglesias has been published in the Florida Business Journal and on GlobeSt.com – a commercial real estate trade web site. Iglesias has also lectured for the National Business Institute (NBI) on title insurance and real estate, as well as various industry groups on development and green certification issues.

Iglesias was recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and named to the “Florida Legal Elite” list by Florida Trend Magazine, which represents approximately 2% of active Florida Bar members practicing in Florida (2008 & 2011), are among his extended career achievements.

Iglesias received his juris doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where he was also a member of the law review, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
