The Paris office of international law firm Eversheds has announced today the appointment of two leading employment partners who join the firm from US law firm Winston & Strawn LLP.
Philippe Desprès specialises in advising international groups on restructuring operations in France, specifically related to site closures and redundancy plans. He also advises in matters of collective negotiations and employment-related litigation. His work spans a wide range of industry sectors, including the pharmaceutical, luxury goods and finance industries.
Déborah Attali is experienced in advising French and international groups on their day-to-day social relations issues. She advises on matters relating to compensation and benefits, collective negotiation and reorganisations. She also assists clients with their individual and collective litigation issues.
