CMS has appointed derivatives expert Nigel Dickinson from Allen & Overy to further strengthen its Financial Services and Products team.
Nigel has extensive experience of a broad range of derivative transactions, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance.
Will Dibble, a partner with the Financial Services and Products team in London comments, “We are very pleased to have Nigel in the team. His well known expertise and experience across the derivatives market complement the team exceptionally well”.
Nigel’s appointment is in addition to the promotion of Michael Cavers to partner in May and brings the total number of derivatives and structured product partners at CMS in London to four.
