Eckert Seamans Adds Francis Greek to Professional Liability Group in Philadelphia

Francis J. Greek has joined the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC as a Member of the firm’s Litigation Division. He comes to the firm from Goldfein and Joseph, P.C.

Francis Greek is a trial lawyer with a diverse practice in civil litigation, specializing in defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, physical therapists and other health care professionals in medical malpractice suits and products liability matters. He also provides counsel in general negligence claims, workers’ compensation claims and mass tort matters including asbestos litigation. Earlier in his career, Greek served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas M. D’Alessandro of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Greek earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 1990 and his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1987.
