Michael Dube Joins Choate as a Partner

Choate today announced that Michael Dube has joined the firm as a partner in its Securities Litigation and Major Commercial Litigation Groups. Previously, Mr. Dube was counsel at WilmerHale in the firm’s Securities and Litigation/Controversy Departments and a member of its Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Working Group.

Mr. Dube will continue to represent companies and individuals in securities litigation concerns, including providing sophisticated counsel regarding SEC and internal investigations and the Dodd-Frank whistleblower rules. He will also represent public and private companies and individuals in a wide range of business litigation matters.

Mr. Dube received his JD, summa cum laudeOrder of the Coif, from Boston College Law School in 2002, where he was editor in chief of the Boston College Law Review. He received his BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts in 1998, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He has been named aMassachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star.
