Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as arranger and lead manager in connection with a €887 million European Commercial Mortgage Backed Securitisation (CMBS) for a German multi-family property portfolio owned by the Vitus Group.
In addition to senior and junior credit facilities which were securitised, the refinancing featured senior subsidised and mezzanine debt facilities with a total transaction value in excess of €1 billion.
London Finance partners Charles Roberts and Conor Downey led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Tax partner Arun Birla and associates Miles Flynn, Ed Bellamy, Jennie Dorsaint and Don Methven as well as Frankfurt Partner Edouard Lange, Tax advisor Uwe Halbig and associate Ronald Arlt.
