Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is serving as US-counsel to Chicago-based Madison Capital Partners in the sale of KraussMaffei AG, a leading manufacturer of plastic and rubber processing equipment, to private equity firm Onex Corporation (“Onex”) (TSX: OCX) for $732 million.
The transaction is anticipated to close prior to March 31, 2013, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
