CMS in London has appointed partners Peter Crichton and Ashley Smith to the Banking and International Finance team. Both will join on the 1 October.
Peter was previously a Banking Partner with DLA and specializes in acquisition finance and corporate lending, as well as general finance transactions in the European and UK markets.
He acts for leading debt providers and borrowers and has gained particular expertise in the healthcare, consumer products and insurance sectors.
Ashley, formerly a corporate recovery and restructuring partner, returns to CMS following a one year career break in France during which time he acted as a consultant to the firm. He has extensive restructuring and insolvency expertise.
