Bird & Bird is pleased to welcome Allan Poulter as partner to its International Intellectual Property Practice Group and London office.
Allan joins the firm from Field Fisher Waterhouse. He has wide experience in all aspects of intellectual property with particular focus on trademarks, practising brand clearance, protection, exploitation and enforcement. Allan works both in the UK and globally, with considerable experience of India, having headed his previous firm’s India Desk.
Allan’s join will strengthen Bird & Bird’s brand management capability within the firm’s world leading intellectual property group.
